Tie Tightener/Cutter

For large enclosures where many support pipes are being used, this tool is a real hand saver.

Simply loop the tie around the pipe & fence, and then feed it into the tool. By squeezing the larger lever, the tie is easily tightened even more so than can be accomplished by hand. When the other smaller lever is depressed, the excess tie end is snipped off.
